I liked the Malibu Canyons
Yesterday i went up Palomar mtn. that was fun I also like Hwy 79 from the 8 going north. Sunrise hwy is fun. you can get some good 100 mph runs but need to slow down to about 60 or 70 for the turns Grande mesa is also pretty good on the north side the south side is steep and the curves end pretty fast but once you get to the bottom there is a long straightaway where you can hit 110 before you gotta slow down Montezuma valley rd is really good for the down hill part and so is the way back up. |

Hw 36 west & east, in northern California. This is a very very technical run and I will only run it with radios and a lead car. Mostly because when you are at speed you find yourself airborn alot.
I-5 Syskus corridor from California into Oregon. With skill this can be run at well over 125 MPh in the Si with stock tires. Those are my two favorites, I got a bad storie on the Sysku pass though. Dont think I should tell it in here though. Last edited by 20strong; 05-16-2008 at 06:07 AM. |
