Exclamation 70mm Skunk2 in 626

Is anyone rolling around the 626 area with a 70mm skunk2. I ask because I just installed mine yesterday, and I want to see if anyones gotten hastled by the local authorities especially moneterey park pd who have nothing better to do than F with people. I daily drive in alhambra and the sourrounding cities so please share your driving experiences involving the skunk2 and the cops. Thanks.

Im in the Montebello/East L.A. area and I have a TW FA5 with the s2 70mm. I drive in and around the area all the time and so far I have been fortunate not to be harassed by the cops. My advice is whenever you see a cop don't do anything wreckless, granny shift between 2500-3000 rpm (or be in neutral if you are paranoid), and you won't be bothered 95% of the time.

That's exactly where I've been shifting between 2000-3000rpm. Except if I'm passing under an over pass. I can't help it. I love that wooottt sound especially when it echos. Thanks.

Had mine for two weeks, took it right off. I got tired of looking over my shoulder for red and blues and the sound got too much for me. I think I need something a little more discrete. No problems from cops though, even had one next to me in a two-lane.

alhambra pd are a bit more chill than mpk. ive been pulled out of my car while i was parked in front of my gf's house, for no reason. i had just got there and they dug through my car looking for flashlights, cuz soposedly there was a call about someone looking in cars with a flashlight. is was like wtf, mpk has too much time on their hands.
