Glittery stickers?

Does anyone know of a shop that can make custom stickers when they shine in the light it looks like it's glittering??

i want it to say

"2007-2008"

i have one on my car like that and it changes colors too depending on how u look at it.. i think some guy in fontana did em for us.......

just go to the mall. there should be a place that makes vinyl stickers. tell them what you want and they might have it.
