Angry Warning: Do Not Take Car To Miller Honda Of Culver City

Sorry for all the Caps guys but I have a little warning/rant.

So I have a 2007 R18 A/T NHBP for a little over a year now. At about 6-7 months of ownership I noticed that my driver side back tire would start to slowly deflate. At first I didn't worry about it too much and would just fill it up with air, then it became an every other week process.

I get my oil changed done at Miller Honda of Culver city, I bought my first Honda Civic (1998 4 door sedan) there and took it in for all the oil changes because I was a member of the Miller Gold Card and would get free oil changes. For my 8th gen civic, I took it in mainly because I don't have the time to do it my self and they did a great job with my other car but the oil changes arn't free for this one.

While there, I asked about my tire and if my warranty covers it. The service adviser said he'll get the tire checked with the oil change so I was pretty happy with that. After the oil change was done he told me that the tech. didn't see anything wrong with the tire, they inflated it and I went home.

The process continued where I would need to inflate the tire every other week. When I went in for another oil change again, I asked about the tire and they gave me the same story when I was through. So I was getting sick and tired of inflating the damn tire that I started looking for tire prices at costco.

Well some background about me, I'm a Physical Therapist for the Motion Picture and Television Industry and I was telling a patient of mine about my tire issue. He told me that before I buy the tire I should take it to this shop where all the TEAMSTERS take their trucks. These guys specialize with all motor vehicles that work on the set. So I take it there, explain my issue and the guy says, "It sounds like you have a nail in your tire." They jacked up my car, removed the tire and in PLAIN SIGHT there was a huge nail coming out of the tire. They patched it up and its good as new.

Now of course I was pissed as hell that the so called Miller Honda Tech. couldnt see this big ass nail but two of my guys and I can. It makes me wonder if they even did the oil changes at all if they cant even see a damn nail. So I went home and checked out the Miller Honda of Culver City website so I can email someone to complain. The only thing they had was a "contact us" which is the Internet sales department. I tried looking for a place to complain too at the Honda.com website but its only through normal mail and I am not about to spend .41 on these guys. So I went ahead and wrote the Internet sales department and got a letter stating they sent my e-mail to the service manager. Over a month and a half later still did not hear from them.

Any advice you guys have or know of a direct e-mail where I can complain? Unfortunately with my time schedule most of the "Big Shots" have gone home by the time I get off work.

*For those of you who enjoy watching the Fast and The Furious Movies, they are currently shooting Fast and The Furious 4, mainly In Downtown Los Angeles California. Vin Diesel and Paul Walker are back.*

That really sucks. You should mark your car parts so that you know they replaced them. Maybe you can call the dealer and ask for the email for the service manager.

Call Honda Corporate and tell them what happened. They should be able to figure something out. Corporate is usually very helpful. Here is their number: 1-800-999-1009

couldnt you take off the wheel and look at it yourself? blame yourself, you ran over the nail. and that would never be covered under warranty. the dealership probably didnt look at it either time.

Lol, blame my self? thanks for the heads up. My beef is the fact that the dealer told me nothing was wrong with the tire when there was a large nail in it. Thanks for your useless opinion.
