gotcha, yeah i didn't know how new it was or not. there was a pretty good showing of Si's out there just kinda scattered around the track

yeah that was pretty insane. there was a mugen si and another tw fg2, besides the cars you mentioned

I wanna gonna say wasup to you next to the tow truck but I was already gonna go into the car when I saw who the owner was.

That mugen Si was on stock tires??? .. he was doing burn outs in the water.

we saw him run twice, both 16's ..

Nice runs guys... wish i could have gone. I spent a lot of time today trying to modify my cowl stuff. And yes ...it was hot as hell. Albert..did you record your runs by any chance?

^ it sure was hot. my neck and face had the burnt feeling =/
so glad i never got the arc shift knob cause the stock one got a little hot to hold lol.

my gf recorded on of the runs.. ill also scan my slips for the specs on it ..

vid is probably not that great, I havent seen it except on the camera itself

damn dude u pulled a 14.8?? niiice! was cool getting out there and meeting u guys. the wind and the heat kinda sucked but i had fun

i was hoping to hit 14's.. but all i did was match my previous best of a 15.4.. even when i lowered the tire pressure and launched at higher rpm my 60ft got worse and my ET went up by .2

I dynoed at 186whp at dynoday a week before. mods are injen CAI/p2r TBS/S2 70mm..

3 runs;

15.2@91 w/ 2.368 60ft
15.0@92 w/ 2.396 60ft (also redlighted -.020 lol)
14.8@92 w/ 2.389 60ft

I had lots of fun. My first run I was nervous before staging. LOL Top 2 yellows lit up before I could even rev the engine so IDK what I launched at but it was my best 60ft LOL ... 2nd run I hit the rev limiter in 2nd to 3rd .... 3rd run was almost perfect except for 3rd to 4th shift where I *THINK* I may have hit the limiter due to power shifting.

My best run felt better than the first two. I can't wait to go back!

Me and AXIS going at it! lol this is where we both redlighted...

same thing happened to me, i lowered the tire pressure more and my 60ft got worse also so next time i'm gonna leave em where they are and go slighty lower if my times don't improve

Its difficult to get good times with the Si. I didn't race my car this time because i know i'm gonna get the same 15's and 16's again. I'll be back racing when I get some drag radials. That massive wheel hop chatter at the launch and that 1st-2nd gear shift tire slippage is killin me.

I think I want some DR's just to eliminate that wheel spin as much as possible. We both chirped in 3rd also. They'd also help my 60ft's drop.

No problem Mike! For sure hopefully you can make it next time. I think they're having it once a month from now on.

what do your 60ft's look like? And what tires are you on?

lol this came from one of the past race days.. i believe it was the one on oct 27. i never did meet up with you guys. i just saw 2 nice looking Si's parked next to each other so i thought i'd join ya. i hung around from time to time to see if u guys would come back to your cars but i never saw you. both of them looked real nice tho
