Take it in, it'll be covered under warranty. I've been to the dealership twice for it.

Ya, I had the same issue with my driver side last year. Took it to the dealer and replaced it under warranty.

I have no issues with my visors, but my car doesn't stay outside in the sun, I park in a covered parking garage at work and I park in my garage at home, so my car rarely gets direct sunlight to warp those mostly plastic visors

I actually had the same problem with my 06 civic. Got the driver side visor replaced before the warranty ended. But now when I am out of the warranty, the stupid thing is back to being broken. It just stays in once position, and I kind of have to lower the seat all the way down to be able to drive. so annoying.

I am planning to buy one from somewhere and install it myself. what do you guys thing?

my car is always parked in the garage plus
i don't daily drive it for work, yet even with
less sun exposure my sunvisors did the same
thing, had that issue for some months. but i
just barely had it replaced at the dealers
last week,no questions asked.
