Cheapest tire mount/balance in San Diego North County?

This is pissing me off since I used to own my own tire machines. If I would've charged this much I never would have sold them. Anyone have a line on a decent place to mount tires in North San Diego County? Somewhere between Oceanside and Miramar area. Prefer Semi-coastal area too.

I have long done business with Discount Tire/America's Tire. Great pricing all around. One of the few production shops that actually knows how to torque lug nuts, LOL.
