Penske Honda (Ontario)

I've been to this dealership twice for service and to be honest it blows every other honda dealership I've been to out of the water. I highly recommend them for service. I've been to spreen and honda cars of corona before and they don't compare. I'm just amazed at how good this dealer treats their customers. I used to own a vw and the service there was always horrible. I'm just happy to have found a dealer that really treats you with respect. I drive 40 mins just to go to Penske, so check them out, you won't find a better dealer.

P.S. They have a mugen si in the showroom and a S2000 CR

Wow. I always wanted to know how their service was. Did they say anything about your springs.?

Nope no mention about my springs. As I walked around I noticed that they sell the springs and had a fujitsa cold air intake on display in the parts dept. Even more so honda tuning magazines amongst others all around the place that they give away

Yeah they gave me a magazine last time I bought some parts. Parts are expensive and the parts guys need a little more training.

Tipton Honda, El Cajon, Ca. They gave me really good service and the finance hook'd it up with a good deal hands down.

For those of us who live in the 661, Lancaster Honda is good, too. Their parts and service guys are very helpful and don't try to screw you.

I like Pacific Honda. And as far as I know, they are the only Honda Dealer in San Diego that provides a loaner car for free if your car is gonna be in for service for more than a couple of hours.

i drive 40 mins to go to that dealer when spreen honda is closer to me. there service is that good. at spreen i would wait hours for an oil change at penske 30 mins, thats enough for me to go there

which service advisor do u deal with at penske? some of those guys there are freakin idiots! ive been there about 7 times in the past 2 weeks. ugh! but im dealin with al garcia right now for my 3rd gear issues and i swear he is like the coolest effing s.a ive ever had! him and the older white tech guy there have been helpin me out a ton. if anyone has any issues with that also they should def go see him he'll hook ya up =]

i went to go buy my SI at Penske and apparently they "just sold it" and the sales man tried to sell me a regular civic for 20k and he say it's just as good.

i was like F that and i went to honda of corona and bought my car.

btw, i think Penske is in import tuner or something. they had a section where they installed a intake, then some body kit, etc. correct me if im wrong

yup yup i bought my si from penske. Although they didnt take me too seriously which i didnt appreciate at the time since i was only 18, but none the less got good service. I think the person who sold me my car was aurora or something.

yea. salesman tend to think that we're young and stupid when actually we know more about the car that we're gonna buy than they do!

i remember once some indian salesman told me that the EVO IX was TWIN turbo and some other guy told me that VTEC allows you to run on any octane of gas and the computer will adjust to it

First time I dealt with al he upset me but the next couple times he was on point, I've dealt with debra, she was really nice. Salesman are different than service advisors by a long shot in terms of knowledge

ugh. i dont like debra. first time i took my car there she gave me nothing but shit because it was modded and tried to tell me they wouldnt fix my 3rd gear issues because my car was lowered and supposedly it affects your transmission and gears.............. pffffft.

i haven't caught her in a while. the first time i dealt with al i was gettin my transmission fluid changed and he gave me a time it would be done i saw a lot of people walk out before me and usually they notify that it'll be coming right up not once did he come up to me. i looked up and saw my car parked and then went up to the cashier other than that it hasn't been bad
