New Go Cart Place in OC

I went last friday to this new go cart place in irvine called K-1 speed its pretty cool, its indoors and the carts are electric no Cancer ! who ever is in the oc should check it out we go every friday, its about $20 for 12 laps heres the site

it is the only thing is that they make you wear helmets so you get helmet hair but who cares, its a great rush not the real thing but its fun

D1 has gas karts than can hit 40mph. My average for my stubby and fat self was 35mph second time going. It's extremely fun. You *have* to wear flame retardant suits (gratefully supplied by Dromo1), helmets, baklavas, gloves, and a neck brace. There's even a pre-race briefing for those new people!

SoCal should set up a Dromo1 meet! Oh, man, that would be great!

Expensive though. $25 for essentially 15 minutes of race time. But, in those 15 minutes is quite a while for racing.

thats cool. seems kinda pricey though. i usually go to Go Kart World in carson. its like $6 a race, or $20 for an hour of unlimited races
