anyone here with a gg FA5 live on Florida St? I'm moving over to University Heights and I noticed your car in parked in the building next to my soon-to-be new home.

I personally think the indoor cart racing (choice #3) would be lots of fun.

They are open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays and 9 PM on Sundays. For groups of 10 or more we would have to make a reservation. It's $23 for one 10 minute race, and you have to wear a head sock, which is $2 if you don't already have one. The nice thing about this location is that it's not residential and it's not a public park. In other words, the chances of the cops bothering us there is slim to none. I think some time in the afternoon would be best so that we aren't leaving our cars unattended in the dark. Afterwards, we could grab dinner some place nearby in Mira Mesa.

If anyone has any other ideas, let's get them up here so we don't waste any more time just talking about it. Let's get a vote up and see what people think!

If you can make the meet the following week like the 15/th16th I can make it. I'm going to big bear from the 7th to the 9th.

since there doesn't seem to be a ton of interest in an sd meet right now, and we need everybody we can get, i don't personally have a problem with moving it to the following weekend.

i think that once we get a meet set up with a few people and post pics of the event, that interest in future meets will increase. gotta break the ice right?

soooo, how do we set up a poll thread? i can't figure it out. does a moderator have to do that?

well, considering that two of the proposed meets are next week which doesn't give some people enough time to plan ahead. i think we should probably plan on a meet the week of the 14th-16th. we'll need to figure out what options we want people to vote on and then create a poll thread. just my 2 cents.....but if that's a poll you want me to setup, i'll set it up.

Hey i think if you set a place people will eventually show up cause its the only meet that week. Besides i rather drive 20mins than 1hour or more( Imperial Beach)
