It should be fine. When i was installing the IMG the same thing happened to me. And i used the same coolant. I dont think that should be fine. But the next time i do that has to deal with coolant i will buy some of the Honda one, that way i can keep everything with Honda fluids.

Man!, I always read people spilling the coolant out when they install intakes,...why?. Is there a way to prevent this from happening so you don't have to worry about the mess or refilling?.

To the OP, yes you should be fine. As long as it was 50/50. If you're really worried, just try to flush it out yourself and put the HONDA type 2 coolant in.

The reason why coolant is lost is because in the installation manual for the intakes, it tells you to remove 2 hardpipes that are joined together. You replace those hardpipes with hoses that place it that come with the intake kit. You can avoid the whole coolant situation by just leaving the metal pipe in there. Alot of people prefer not to do that because of the way it looks, all disconnected and not belonging there. It's on you on what you want to do. I left mine there because I've yet to do a throttle body bypass. When I stop being lazy and do the bypass, I'll remove the hard pipes.
