Noob Si owner Bored in SF

Title says it all =P. Just bought myself a new 08 Si and looking to cruise somewhere in the SF/Bay area. I was just wondering if anyone is planning a meet around here within the next 2-3 months. (Already saw the San Rafael one)

You are living in the right area my friend! We have monthly meets and we used to have bi-weekly meets (Harrys getting lazy). We are a very friendly group of people, you should definetly come out and say hi.

I just saw a pic of that kit, and i've got to say it looks amazing. How much lower is the front lip to the ground? My house is on a hill and when i pull out of the drive way the black/rubber flap on the front of my car always brushes against the sidewalk. I'd hate to scratch up a kit if i ever got one.

our cars are already pretty low with just stock suspension when you lower it some more its gonna suck. my first few times parking i always go over the sidewalk with the front bumpers. with the kit i think it will lower it just a little but im not sure
