Header and exhaust should bolt up fine. I have the Greddy TiC with vibrant header HFC and it bolted together without a problem and no defouler. The gains from the header are definitely noticeable throughout the entire powerband as well. Enjoy.

You're probably going to need an extra gasket as the Vibrant header (w/ HFC) does not come with one. I ordered the Vibrant header w/ HFC with the vibrant exhaust and had to get another gasket and set of fasteners. I just ordered em from SCtuned once I found out.

You should just reuse the stock engine gasket, the Skunk will come with one for the exhaust, as well as bolts for the exhaust/header.

I've got the Vibrant/Skunk combo as well, and I would definitely get the Weapon R angled defouler. CELs vary with the person. Me, I drove 300 (maybe) miles without one, then got a CEL EVERY 19 miles. After installing the defouler, I've been 2000+ miles with no CEL, and that's more than enough to pass emmissions testing.

The only other thing I would add to your list might be some Ingalls camber bolts for the front. You can usually fing them for $20 on Ebay.

I don't know how good of an idea it would be to reuse the gaskets. As with the having/not having a defouler, I'd much rather know that all my parts are functioning safely and to the best of their ability. This is why I bought both the defouler and new gasket/fasteners. The gasket and fasteners you can get pretty cheap probably, but I shelled out close to or around $20 (because where I got them, i had to by 2 sets of fasteners...I needed 3 and they were sold in sets of 2...and shipping costs). It's your call, but I'd rather make the investment to KNOW everything will be good.

"Take care of your gear and your gear will take care of you."

...just my 2 cents.

Edit: You obviously don't need a new gasket if your Skunk2 catback happens to come with an extra one.

Yeah, my 70mm S2 came with the gasket and fasteners, so you may be all right there for the header bolt-up. Let us know what you think when it's all done. Most of us pieced our mods together over time and saw little gains here and there. You're really putting a lot of power into it right at once so you'll be freaking blown away. Just hold onto the wheel tightly man!

CorSport gives you a discount if you get the two gaskets for the spacer in the same order. Also, they have the proper front camber bolts there as well. All with free shipping. Don't go eBay for stuff bud - maybe the angled defouler for the header if you're going with the HFC, but otherwise I stay away from eBay stuff. Just my opinion, of course. CorSport doesn't charge fees or shipping and you get brand new gear.
