K&N Typhoon Intake

Just installed my Version 2 K&N Typhoon Intake. Gotta say that it is a nice piece but it is very loud.

OK, with that being said, I uploaded a couple pics for your review. I definitely felt an improved throttle response and slightly less rev hang. The butt dyno felt an improved accelleration as well. If it was not so loud, I would keep it but I am in my 30's and not really trying to attract this sort of attention. System was installed with care and fit and finish is very nice. Great system if anyone was wondering.

Pics are with my phone camera so they are not great quality but gives you an idea.

When just cruising it isn't much louder....

When you get on it, it is considerably louder
I'll try to get a video of my car being dyno'ed on Saturday.

It is not at all loud just cruising, just under accelleration is when it gets very loud.

Again, read above, I am not going to sell. And of course I am gonna get on the throttle when necessary. Pretty much spent my whole trip to work this morning in vtec. I enjoy it.

C'mon! Its not THAT loud.

I got the same intake, I was passing a truck, and when i Hit V-tec The sound of the intake like SNAPPED off the side of the truck and it was ******* amazing.

It is actually starting to grow on me. And now that I have my exhaust done, it seems to have subsided. It could be now I only listen for my exhaust.

It is nice though when it hits

and people are like, WTF!!??
