Stock resonator question

So last nite i put my stock intake back in but i couldnt get back in the resonator. Is there a simple way to put it back in like if i remove the tire and the inner wheel well lining that it would be easy to get 2? I am switching out the inner wheel well tomorrow with a friend of mine i just dont want water to get inside. Feedback is appreciated!
