Comptech shorty, f5 sri, hondata reflash

Ok here's my question, I have fujita shortram intake, comptech shorty header, and Tanabe medallion g exhaust, I want to get Hondata reflash but I want to know If this set-up is going to work well with it , I called Hondata directly and they weren't really that helpful, they said they'd never tried that setup and don't know what'll happen , so if there's anyone out there that can answer my question I'd love to here it thanks
