Cool Parts ordered.....**Update 6/9/06** Hondata Reflash!

from 8thcivic of course!

I just ordered the DCRH, Greddy Evo2, Hondata Intake Gasket, and the reflash will be in the next couple of days! I already have the Cai. Once all these parts are on (very shortly) I will put the car on the dyno. I can't wait!

A dealer cannot deny warranty simply because you have changed a part - see the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Basically, a dealer has to honor the warranty unless they can prove the part you changed caused the fault. e.g. altering your wheels & tires should not effect a warranty claim on the a/c. This sounds straightforward but often things fall into a gray area. For example, supercharging the engine and then trying to warranty a transmission failure. Did the transmission fail because of the extra engine power? Much depends on the relationship with your dealer.

Hondata Reflash!

Total turnaround time = 44 hours!!

Had it out of my car at 4 p.m. Tuesday. UPS came and picked it up at 4:40 p.m. the same day. Shipped it overnight express (early a.m.) Received it today at 11:50 a.m.

All I have to say is WOW!! This mod makes quite a difference. Currently, I only have a Cai installed.
The car reeeeally pulls hard through the midrange. 2nd gear almost to 8500 rpm=amazing!! I'd like to say it's a jeckle/hyde personality

Once my DCRH arrives, I will be installing that with the Greddy Evo2, and the Hondata Intake Gasket and then putting it up on the dyno. Can't wait!

Depends on my work schedule and when I can get the parts intalled. About 1 1/2 - 2 weeks.
