hondata reflash question

i may buy a friends hondata off an fa5 should work with my fa5? also is $350 a good price for his reflash ecu and i have to give him my stock ecu? thanks.
also what is a good price for his dc headers and injen cai, i dont think i have to give him my stocks for that so its just a straight purchase, just want to make sure i get a good deal. thanks.

if you switch ecu you will need new keys.

Keys are bounded to the ECU with a chip.

Maybe there is a way to switch the chips in the keys.

Absolutely... But you'd also need to switch ignitions, lock tumblers in the doors, trunk, trunk release and glove box, since they'll be cut differently.

well i dotn think its too hard to reprogram the keys to the ecu and immobilizer, so ill just do that and save myself 250
