Injen CAI v. K&N Typhoon

Any input appreciated. For each. Pros? Cons? HP gains? Neither and go with another intake?

the typhoon is a short ram air
K&N Short Ram for R18
heres one

CAI are good for getting cooler air
but can be harmed by water getting in them
Short ram better for wet environments
but suffer heat soak
so if you live in a hot dry area go cold air
wet and cold go short ram
