4. Yes, have requested refund about 5 days ago (including the days he screened my calls). He told he had would get back to me that night. He hasn't gotten back to me since. I had to text him to get response. Took 2 more texts (1 at around 12:00 Sunday central and 1 at around 2:30) for him to respond back to me again. I just texted him again at 8:40 pm today and am waiting for a text back (not very hopeful, prob will have to text again multiple times before he'll answer) whether he will issue a refund or not..
