because this guy decides to screw everyone....from 8thcivic members to minors....and its about time he gets what he deserves....although it would be nice if they also brought charges against him for theft.
from the sounds of it, him stealing all the members money is not any part of him going to jail.

Whats with all the sarcasm from my question. Webby said it got continued till the 14th right and today is the ninth. that is enough time to get them out since last we heard from x was that he was just waiting on stands. UMMM WOW!!!!

For a smart guy, Emmanuel is pretty dumb.

I do feel kinda bad for him though. You can get a second chance for a lot of crimes, even felonies, but definitely not for this kind of offense. He's marked for life.

Who knows? Maybe he had a bad breakup with a 17-yearold girl or something. He didn't seem very old in the DIY vids that were made, so it might not have been creepy to most people. He could have just gotten caught in a technicality.

Either way, I'm sure it appeases most people that he's going to jail for anything.

Where I live, 15 is the oldest he would get in trouble for. They have the most lax laws that I've seen, so it's very possible that what would land him in jail in cali wouldn't land him in jail here.
