it would suck if he went to jail for charges that are not even related to this intake scam.

First of all, kudos to Webby for taking care of all of this. This has been a major league headache for him. I appreciate Webby's diligence in pursuing this matter until the end.

Webby did the same during the TurboMafia fiasco. When I along with others got scammed, Webby took immediate action and helped us to either get our money back, or to cancel orders. He also had us speak to a police detective to give a full report.

I for one feel terrible about what happened. Emmanuel came out with what I would call an innovative product. He thought outside the box and used a CRV intake tube, sectioned out MAF housing and a cone filter. He understood the need for greater air ingestion while at the same time, maintaining driveability and throttle response with a stock MAF housing. It was brilliant. His idea has served as a model for many of us who have fashioned our own intake systems.

It was a terrible travesty what happened next. He either got so far behind on orders, or he was so overcome with greed, that he did not fill orders like he had promised. I don't know if we will ever know his motives. It is too bad really as many people put their trust in him and would have gladly cut him some slack if he had been honest and straightforward and just told people he couldn't keep up with all the orders coming in.

^ That's why I said that if he had been "straightforward and honest", people would have cut him some slack. Simply ignoring calls, e-mails and PM's was inexcusable. The least he could have done is come on the site and told people he was having difficulties and either refunded money or stopped taking any more orders. Looks like justice will be served on him.

I like how everyone is mad and everyone is upset but apparently they aren't since they aren't willing to do a damn thing about it. I'm sorry guys if someone took $300 plus from me they would go to jail. There are over 20 people that were screwed over on this site and not one of you did anything.

Uh, I actually did as much as I could. Me and Webby were in contact this entire situation. I have been to my bank more then 10 times, called paypal, called my card company, and everything possible and none of them could do anything.

Amazingly you called everyone in your power over fifty billion times but never called the cops. I mean don't you think if your creditcard company and paypal had a police report they would be much more likely to honor your refund.

there is a police report, and it was given to paypal/cc companies. As leon said, he was not refunded.

I talked to webby about calling the cops. He told me there was already a report, so there was nothign more I could do. I called the online police too.. Yes I did mention that I had a police report and paypal/cc company still said they could do nothing because it was past the deadline of when they could/would get your money back

Don't come into here thinking you know all the facts when you don't.
