No worries man, I didn't mean to come across like that either, lol. Anyways, my housemate was here when it arrived and signed for me. On the box it says in very bold writing "Please do not release without signature." So maybe something is going on...? I hope all of you guys get your intakes or your money back. i'm real leery of the fact that both of the latest shipped intakes are Cali folk (and out of chronological order). i'll be a believer as soon as i see a non-Cali peep get his/her intake. actually, scratch that - i'll be a believer when i get my 6 month old order on my doorstep. jeezus this sucks.

I'm not knockin' you for asking for proof, so don't take this the wrong way, but what would proof he's not lieing do anyways? Its not like these last 2 people receiving their intakes have restored everyones faith in X, hes still got everyones money and no one really thinks hes going to come through... They'd LIKE him to, but i doubt anyone thinks he really will...

Intake litterally took me only 30 mins to install (though I didn't remove the stock lower section yet). X-intake FTW!

Shoot you can't read the ship date, but it reads April 11th, 2008

I hope this is what you guys wanted. I hope I'm not infringing on something legal thats going on either.

yeah - stay away until he can prove that he is still making these for everyone that has been waiting for months now.

oh, unless you're from CA - that seems like a sure fire way to get some love.

I'm worried about quality. If x is being forced to build these intakes, what is stopping him from rushing the sanding on the vanes (of which is the most important part of the intake)?

Yeah i am in the same boat. The car feels great to me. And you can see where he's modified the vanes on the MAF. The intake is loud man, it makes me want to hit vtec all day. I truely hope he keeps these things coming for you guys. Its not fair at all.
