I've made another thread about this, but Webby asked us to do something. It is not much, so everyone, just help out. I am trying to help with this too, but Webby told me I'm the only one trying. 2 people cannot do all this by themselves. Hell, if Webby can take time to help us with this, surely we can too. He didn't even lose any money to this so he really didn't have to. People, please give some effort to this. Idk about you guys, but 300 is a lot of money to me..

So is X shipping out intakes again? Has someone gotten in contact with him?

you should have been the 4th person to receive your intake based on when you purchased compared to the others on the list. I'm glad to see you got something. Did you get any email, pm, or contact from him prior to it actually showing up?

when police talked with x, he provided them with his cell #. The other "customer service #" posted on 8th was disconnected - correct

i've been calling daily as well. even called all quizno's in Oxnard, but none of them said that an Emmanuel was owner. has he sold it already? who else received their intake?

nov 12th. As for asking for him at work, I don't know. He's using the shop as his return address on both of the last packages instead of his known home address.

Thats not surprising. I wonder if he's just shipping to people near him/in his home state to avoid getting hunted down or a lawsuit from someone in state.

That guy is me. I can take a picture of it if you don't believe me. I was shocked to see it come. So freekin random. I paid Nov. 12th. I'm like in denial of actually receiving it. But at the same time i'm rather stoked too :) Maybe he's back at it...?
