paypal sucks for getting money back if paid with a bank account. i lost $700 once when i purchased Takata harnesses from a swindler on ebay... they found me as the winner of the dispute, couldnt extract the funds from the seller and it ended there. Bank wouldnt do anything either. My suggestion is to pay with CreditCards wherever possible, you will always get your money back.

I hope everything works out for everyone and X comes through with the intakes...sorry to see this happen to all of you, i know what i feels like. :-(

he hasn't responded to me. He responded to another staff member that he'd be producing 2 intakes a week, and they'd be shipped starting last Monday. I've yet to hear one person say they've received anything.

Screw that, Im not just going to "give up" if this ******* tool decides he wants to keep everyones money. If paypal and the bank don't end up doing anything I sure as shit am going to do my best outside of that to get something done in terms of pursuing some type of legal action. You can't just go around stealing peoples money. We know enough about him to easily pursue this.

now i have no interest in this subject.... but i would delete that post because if something does happen to him or anything he owns, you would pretty much be suspect number one threatening someone over the internet isn't a good idea. Don't you think before you post?

leave it at that - his words could be taken as any legal action on his own behalf.

Webby - when is it that we do move forward? Was he given some type of time frame to cooperate with paypal and the bank? Best we can tell, this week came and went with nothing else further happening..I assume had you heard anything, as you've already done a number of times, you'd have told us.

When I was in the US I only had one problem with paypal buying a PS3 and well seller never shipped, paypal only recovered part of the money. After HOURS and talking to different reps, paypal finally offered me a "courtesy credit" which covered half of what I was missing and then I waited another week and asked about the courtesy credit again and finally got ALL my money back, so for those of you still waiting on paypal I'd recommend to try what I did.

If no agreement or anything is made with this guy (even if paypal helped you guys out) don't waste time and contact Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) The guy who scammed me had other complaints and local texas police at the time contacted me and said he was arrested! Not that I want this to happen to anyone, but if several people lost money here then justice must be made .............
