I'm done. Refund time.

I'm going to post my details of how this is goes down on my side for the information of others.

Attempt 1: File a claim on Paypal's website. Failed. I'm on the 47th day of a 45 day dispute period.
Attempt 2: Calling my bank, followed by paypal, now.

Updates to come.
