Turbotezza's 07 FA5 : Vibrant Performance Install : Dyno and Plenty of Pics!!

So Turbotezza got here around 10am and off we went to work on his car. He came in to get his Camber Kit for the F/R, Mugen Suspension (kick ass btw) and Vibrant Performance Catted Header Installed. Turned out, we ended up putting a Vibrant Street Power exhaust on it too.

Here are some pictures of the suspension installation as well as shots of the exhaust and car. I should have another 10 photo's coming as well as the dyno slip and video as well to see what the car puts out.

Yet another happy 8thcivic customer. True walk in performance shop. He said it best when he told us "You can literally take everything here for the car and get it installed"

Still would like to get input why my Vibrant/cat install (from a Honda tech) was knocking the frame of my FA5 (at the bend, I think he said), and why you guys don't have problems? Ever, it seems? Is there something I can adjust? Look at? Tighten?

(He put thermo tape and I've since had no cold-start rattle problems, but that seems so Band-aid-y.)

Thanks.

no before and after. it was factory, so its in the 179-182 range. We got straight to work on the installation. Time was of the essence.

so the only mod is the header/exhaust? should be fun to see the numbers even without an intake freeing up the restriction

Car made 204, but there was a spike on the dyno run. It made a 197.98 on the clean pass.

This is a FACTORY everything FA5 with Vibrant "Catted" Race Header and Vibrant Street Power exhaust. With a X-intake, p2r spacers and gaskets 210-215 is right around the corner.

Yet another happy SCtuned Customer.. Props to Vibrant Performance, the stuff works great. That car sounds factory just like ours.

Hey Ken, soon as you left we were still teasing Macho with the White Si.

sounds like good numbers. is this a dynojet and also post up the slip :) im willing to bet an intake would make less then 5 more peak but probably help the midrange alot. needs a reflash too for more fun up top and awesome midrange.

They took pictures of the under carriage. You can see it there that nothing was needed to do.

Freq18hz said it's not possible to make good gains though. So how is this possible?

Nothing personal freq, just trying to prove a point.
