How obnoxious is the skunk2 seriously? From 1-10 w/ 10 being the highest.

Obnoxious??? I mean it all depends. Most of the people in this thread love their exhaust.

On the level of loud though, from 1-10.. i would give it a 8.. there are far plenty vehicles out on the road that are way louder.

Will your car draw attention.. yes it will. Droning isn't that bad.. turn your radio up a little bit. I know other members locally who wish they could have it on their car but don't want to because its loud.

But to answer your question.. most who hate loud exhaust will tell you its annoying.

Didn't mean obnoxious is a bad way...how's the combo w/ a race header? Is super loud the adjective that comes to mind?

It all depends on the race header you get, but i thought that, knowing how loud the Skunk2 is compared to the other exhausts, it would be a lot louder, but it's not as loud as you might think it would be...i will be getting a header soon

It depends on the set up. When I installed the VRH w/ HFC.. it only got deeper. It screams a litte louder in vtec but under normal driving conditions you really wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

Don't know if you saw my vids or not.

I've also noticed that since having 1k miles broken in to the header that now my cold starts aren't as loud anymore...

I just put on my Skunk2 70mm yesterday and DAMN....I love it.

To be honest I am already trying to make it even louder. Some of you say you set off car alarms....HOW!! I actually tried.

Anyway besides a header and intake no volume uppers?
