R18 Valve Cover Install Help!

Hey Guys,

I purchased the valve cover for the R18 from Japanparts.com. Looks nice, and I cant wait to put it on, but I'm not sure how to. I didnt purchase the additional mounting pieces, or whatever they're called, because I read on this forum that many people put it on without them, but how do I install on my engine block? I tried to remove the two screws on the OEM valve cover, but it doesnt come off.

If anyone can explain to me how they installed this valve cover WITHOUT those additional parts that Japanparts.com sells, I greatly appreciate it.

It's easy. Just unscrew the two plastic pieces around the big Honda word and pop it out. I purchased the two mounting screws but never used them as they are not needed.
