Hey update... how to install the Fugita SRI.

1. Unplug the harness from the mass air flow sensor.
2. Unclip the mass air flow sensor harness from the factory box (the black plastic Z shaped piece).
3. Release the four metal clips securing the air box top and remove it from the car. (two in front, two on the right side)
4. Remove two 10mm bolts securing the lower portion of the air box (top right of the air box, and the bottom left-the corners).
5. Loosen the clamp securing the intake tube to the air box.
6. Depress the clamp and remove the crankcase plenum from the intake tube.
7. Remove the lower portion of the air box from car(angle and lift-wiggle it around till it comes out).
8. remove battery. (unplug negative first)
9. Loosen two 10mm bolts securing the air inlet tube and remove the air inlet tube from car. (two bolts right next to each other)
10. Loosen the clamp securing the intake tube to the throttle body and remove intake tube.
11. Remove the coolant and crankcase plenum from the car (becareful, expect coolant liquid to come out).
12. Install the 8mm heater hose where the plenum came from. Secure the hose with the factory clamps.
13. Next remove the mass air flow sensor off the stock air box (be very careful with it)
14. Install the mass air flow center on the intake the the machine screws that came with the intake.
15. Install the 2.50" straight hose with 2.50" t-bolt clamps onto the throttle body and only tighten the throttle body side.
16. Loosen the 10mm bolt on the ECM and install the bracket loosely using the factory bolt. (this is to mount and hold the intake in place).
17. Install the vibration mount onto the bracket with the nut and washer that comes with the intake.

18. Install the intake into the throttle body hose and align the bracket with the vibration mount.
19. reinstall the battery in the reversal order of the removal.
20. Tighten the remaining t-bolt clamp
21. secure the intake bracket to vibration mount with the nut and washer and tighten the bracket onto the ECM.
22. Install the crankcase breather hose onto the intake pipe and valve cover.
23. Plug the harness onto the mass air flow sensor.
24. install the air filter onto the intake pipe.
and YOUR DONE... only took about 40 mins tops.
If you have ANY questions feel free to ask.

Looks good.

Looks similar to the K&N set up. You can get the step by step K&N install instructions on their website. Install should be similar to this SRI.

I can't find the specific sri model for DX/LX/EX at fujita's website. Is the one you installed for hybrid?

Fujita Competition Air Intake Systems

I was thinking the same thing. There is no info on the Fujita website about this SRI model.

I like to get more info from the manufacturer including dyno info and CARB exemption.
