Question Helical Limited Slip

Hey all, I don't really visit this place much anymore after selling my si but I wanted to know something. How important is a Helical Limited slip differential on a car like the si or on any car for that matter? Does it make that much of a difference on cars with not alot of torque (under 200 ft lbs)?

it makes a difference on any car. Important is depending on your driving habits, but I would think it would be for the Si.
