Man, its too bad you didn't buy the si IMO. There are a lot more options. But, I believe there is a header available and you could do a cat-back exhaust. Also, I think there was someone who was running a turbo on an automatic!! Good luck man. (glad to see a "domestic" guy go "import")

Since this is your first post, welcome to 8th Civic Forum. Now for the "not so good news". You will not be able to mod your 2007 EX Coupe to the extent that you were able to mod your Fords. Being an ex owner of three Mustangs I know. Very little mods are available to vastly improve your engine performance for more than an extra 20-30 horsepower (CAI, exhaust, downpipe, pulleys, and some other minor mods). The R18 engine does not have a header as the ford engine does. The appearance and suspension mods are the most popular mods that most guys do to their EX Coupes. This is the route I have taken with my 2006 EX Coupe. http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/showt...165#post732165 I do suggest you use the "search" function at the top right on the red line of each page and learn about your car. With this forum having been in online for a couple of years, you will find that most of your general questions have been asked and discussed more than once. Good luck and welcome to the "Money Pit".

So be happy with your EX coupe. Improve the handling and make it your own with it's appearance, such as rims with bigger tires and body enhancements. But most of all, enjoy 28-30 MPG in your daily driving, as gas prices go out of site. Have a good time being a part of 8th Civic Forum and "Good Luck !!!".
