Tech question about stock numbers....helm manual owners...

does anyone know the stock lift and duration for the intake and exhaust for the k20z3?

I'm considering cams and reflash for the near future but not sure whether to go with Buddy Club or Skunk2. also, can those who have cams and/or reflash respond with your impressions about the performance, idle, etc. Thanks

or can someone direct me towards threads that could answer my questions? Thanks again

******THIS APPLIES TO THOSE WHO HAVE THE HELM MANUAL AND TO THOSE WHO ACTUALLY HAVE SOME ACTUAL KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE FG2*****

and what do i have to do to find an answer? i see all these redundant posts about x's intake, skunk2 or greddy or whether the Hondata reflash will affect smog, etc.....c'mon are the people on this forum as simple minded as its seems...?!

Well, I have a Helm manual and it appears it does not provide the lift or duration of the cams...
