Greddy E-Manage Ultimate Review

Is it worth getting a system put on to FG2's?
What's better this system of a reflash?
IT seems as though they similar outcomes.
This is straight off of procivic.com

GReddy e-Manage Ultimate Description
The GReddy e-Manage Ultimate is ideal for optimizing and fine-tuning performance products such as; Exhaust, Air Intake, Intercoolers, Boost Controllers and Turbo upgrades. The GReddy e-manage Ultimate does what no other piggyback ECU can and it was engineered to preserve the best features of the original e-manage (Economically priced, there is no need for tuning from scratch and it is compatible with most Japanese performance vehicles). Some of the new Ultimate features include; add and subtract fuel and ignition maps, a two-preset memory (i.e. Street and Race program), A/F Target Map (for self tuning), built-in adapters and correction maps, and extensive data logging with Map Tracing for easier tuning. The Ultimate also has built-in Boost, Rev, and Speed Limiter-Cut features. To create super smooth operation, there are various fine tuning Correction Maps to adjust for Throttle Acceleration, Vehicle SPeed, Water Temp, Intake Temp, Auto Trans Shift, Anti Engine Stall, and Idle. Other new features include: Improved RPM recognition, Warning Settings, Password Protection, VTEC control, 02 Feedback, Clean Fouled Plugs, and numerous others in future updates.

The GReddy e-Manage Ultimate includes a Windows-based Ultimate Support Tool software CD, with an easy-to-use Parameter Setup, tab menu format, and speedy USB communication. The e-Manage Ultimate has awesome data logging capabilities - up to 30 channels (8 without the software) can be monitored in 20ms intervals!

D17 Civic Owners: Please use the regular e-Manage, you will not be able to use all the features on this Ultimate edition.

Notes: This system is closer in features to a true standalone system rather than a piggyback one. In order to access all the features, you need to buy the e-Manage Ultimate harness kit, which comes with 14-pin, 18-pin, and 12-pin harnesses. These harnesses are all you will need to change fuel and ignition maps, and take advantage of the new e-Manage Ultimate features. If you are upgrading from the older e-Manage and already bought the 12-pin and 18-pin harnesses, then all you need is the new 14-pin e-Manage Ultimate harness. IF YOU GET THE PLUG AND PLAY HARNESS, YOU DO NOT NEED TO BUY ANY OTHER HARNESSES!

Can any electronic experienced drivers help me out with this.
and if you're going to be a dick, simply don't reply!
Thanx.
