Reflash HP Gains?

I heard a lot of people say that the reflash only lowers Vtec engagement and raises RPM but what about HP gains?

Mid range it helps a lot put peak power is what? 3whp? It also smoothens V-tec engagement.

It helps the midrange. Alot of people praise the reflash, but I think its ok. I would say, its a bit over exaggerated.

It frees up some hp up top and in the middle where our cars are shit. lol. It does not really "make" hp tho. The biggest thing is the movement of the rev limit to 8600 (i think) and the vtec engagement to 4500 which means instead of hacing vtec from 6100-8200 you have it from 4500-8600 haha.
