If you paid by paypal which I suspect you did, your covered and on top of that the seller gets screwed. It's easy to file the complaint.

i;ll take a pic later, as far as the spoon radiator cap i didn't force it on. i also talked to the guy and he said for 15 bucks u will not get the real thing. well i tolded him he should avertise as such then. so he sending me the mugen stickers for them. i plan on useing the oil cap and put the stick on there. i ordered the real mugen cap last night along with some luminics along with some leds for the backups and licence plate. i'm not going to bash him on ebay for the fact he's right 15 buck did sound to good to be true.

No he should get neg feedback. I think if he wanted to do that...then he should do fine print shit. Don't start making people think that doing that is ok.

I was never an eBay person and this kind of story makes me kringe on becoming more of one.

If it said fake and you still bought it because your cheap, that is one thing. If it said authentic and you were hoping he just wanted to dump it or get crazy bidding off of it, then it should not state otherwise.

Plus, you'll be doing a good thing by warning other buyers of the kind of things to expect from that seller.

I didn't see a link to the auction. How do you know there wasn't any 'fine print' ?

Wow, that sucks. But the one you were bidding on wasn't even for a Mugen cap - it says in the auction that it's a Vision knock-off.
