i wanted to add some more horse power and maybe up the torque with a hondata reflash if thats compatable with the civics

no hondata,unless you're willing to spend $$$ on a stand alone engine management system,may i suggest these: cold air intake,topspeedauto header,catback exhaust,nonstoptuning pulleys,maybe throw in a bottle of nawzz

He just means replace your current sway bar with the stock SI one. It'll make your car handle better, by reducing under-steer (I think that's the one)

well i dont have the header nor the pulleys so im sure it'll be a little quicker than what i have now(cai and catback)

edit:if you plan on upgrading to an si,i would leave the ex stock
