Is Skunk2 60mm the same sound as 70mm,just quieter?

So far all I've read is that the 60 is not as loud as the 70.Just wonder if it still has the same sound.It should,I guess.Anyway,havn't heard any cat-back on a FG2,so that makes it tough when trying to decide on one.

Sound should be the same but a little softer.
