torque specs?

this is a simple but necessary question: what are the torque specs for the five bolts for the exhaust manifold? I've installed the header but need the torque numbers, thanks for the help.

I would guess around 35 ftlbs if that... don't forget to recheck it after a few heat cycles.

"Install the exhaust manifold and tighten the bolts and nuts in a crisscross pattern in two or three steps, beginning with the inner bolt.

Torque Spec: 44 N/m (4.5 kgf/m, 33 lbf/ft)"


From what I can see in the Helms, there's at least one self-locking nut. Remember to always use brand new ones when reinstalling a part!
