Random Tech pics + sedan exhaust extension pics

I don't know if anyone cares, but a few asked me to post pics...so here I go. I have an FA5 with Fujita, Skunk2 70mm, and RT cat.

I actually had to order a new o2 sensor because I couldn't get the old one out of the factory cat....but all is well...I can definitely feel a difference....but it has gotten louder and deeper....
LATER guys

Man seeing the pipe diameter come down that small on the catback side of the cat makes me sad. Too bad it isn't the same ID the whole way through. That 70mm exhaust makes it really obvious haha. I bet mine isn't as bad with 2.5 piping, but probably a small bottleneck. Still better than stock!

Yeah, at first that little 2 in ID pipe after the cat turned me off of the RT cat but as soon as i saw the dyno's, i had to get one. I have to wait 3 more weeks until i can order it.

See, this is where I'm confused about that extra 2"... so he put it on after the cat. Bottom line, it doesn't matter where the 2" is... so which products are simple bolt-ons for the Si sedan vs. an extension?

Nice! I just ordered my high flow today.

Quick question, did you need to put a new gasket in when you installed the cat? I have heard yes and no. Thanks

You dont have to. Some people add a gasket to be on the safe side.

Man the diff in the piping is crazy. Mine isnt that bad with the Evo 2 but still better flow than stock

None that are viable....unless you can get the jdm stuff off the type r without that 2 inches, it won't clear the bend....it's as simple as that...there just isn't enough pipe
