camshafts ?

Has anyone tried this mod? I know theres cams out for the 06 si. Does hondata have a setup for this mod. Or can u can get the reflash then do this mod on your own. One more question can u degree your stock cams to get more power and if u can how?

cams would go fine with the reflash... id say u want the reflash before cams tho

I believe BuddyClub is the only aftermarket cams available at this time.

Basically, any cams for the k20 will fit our car so in essence there are many cams avaliable to us. The problem is that as of now, there are no tuning options avaliable to us.

yeah I mean we can change cams, but we can't really take advantage of them yet until we can tune.

You will not get the full potentional of a camshaft replacement until custom software tuning (like KPro for the RSX-S) becomes available.

Remember, Hondata reflashes your ECU to work with bolt-ons, and with stock internals. Contact them first.

Brian of B.Crower contacted me with a quote of $500 for two K20Z3 cams and $300 for the titanium/spring setup.

If you change cams, you MUST change the springs.

i wouldnt go with anything crazy though. i think the reflash MIGHT work good with stage 1 cams...but i dont think the reflash wil lwork with stage 2. you might need more tuning.
