custom exhaust questions

first off i have a AT EX coupe. i am going to purchase the hfp exhaust in the next week or so. but i was wanting to know about getting some custom pipes to go along with it. i want to keep the resonator and cat but just maily replace the midpipe. any recommendations to which size i should go for? this is my daily driver and i dont want anything way loud but just a little power to go along with my hfp. would it even be worth it on my car? and i know this varies by car and all but roughly how much would custom exhaust be including labor? i have no idea. im a noob. thanks everyone!

Probably want to go with a 2 1/4 inch piping

You won't feel a difference, it'll only be for sound

i believe it is 2" idk, dont go above 2.5" cause it will cause alot of lag on bottom end,i know this cuz i have 2.5" custom piping, here's what you should do:go get yourself a hfp muffler and get 2.25" or 2.36" piping and you will be happy
