I've seen a few threads on here about torque dampeners, motor mounts, motor mount inserts, etc. Unless you are producing large amounts of HP & TQ, what exactly is the point? I have never had anything resembling wheel hop with this car. The engine mounts are fantastic and specially designed to eliminate wheel hop, etc. Am I missing something or is it just another mod to talk about?

You dont have summer tires do you? I get insane wheel hop on a launch most of the time. Some times nothing other times the dash vibrates so much the windshield wiper control arm falls down to high speed and my wipers go crazy (this has happened like 6-7 times in 4 months, lol, i look like a newb, takin off and wipers goin crazy LOL)

I was takin my manager home one night and she was like whoa wtf, is you car falling apart?

DUDE, with that much wheel hop, you have got to let off before you break something. I had a lot of wheel hop with the heavy 18's i used to have. Now i have some light weight 17's and i don't get it any more.

Yup, you are a newb if you are taking off like that. This could seriously damage your transmission or drivetrain. Why launch the car that hard.
I had some hard accelleration before but nothing as earthshattering as you are describing it. Maybe time for some different tires or some more control in your take offs or both
