Sure, the base bushings are listed separately on this page: TWM Shifter Base Bushings. Just scroll to about half way down the page and they can be ordered separately.

Thanks,

What about that third gear notchiness/occasional slippage? Would that help that or is that purely a tranny/MTF issue?

I've been too lazy to put on the whole kit I ordered. Will write up a DIY if I do.

Tranny/MTF... The shifter did help my grinding second issue.

I've read really good reviews of Amsoil MTF for better shifting, also be sure the MTF is not over filled.

i don't think it's short in height. under features, it's listed as 22% throw reduction but 0% height reduction. then again, i don't own one yet, so i might be wrong.

That is correct, the 2006 and up Civic short shifter we manufacture does not reduce the shift knob height, it reduces shifter throw only.

To reduce shift knob height for this particular application lots of people use a countersunk shift knob like one of these: TWM Shift Knobs. They are threaded very deeply which allows them to be threaded further on to the shifter shaft reducing the shifter height.

EX Coupe MT
Just ordered a set of these - short shifter - cable bushings - base bushings.

From what I've read - I am counting on this to help smooth out my rather "clunky" shifting. 14+ years with a MT, and this one is clunky.

I'll post results and possibly pictures as this progresses - now we wait for shipping
