pics of my new Vibrant exhaust

well i just got my exhaust installed today and its from Vibrant Performance. I'm really happy how it sounds. its real throaty and deep and i think its probably the best sounding exhaust out for the fg2 right now. i also went ahead and used the clamp they supplied because i wanted to see if theres going to be any problems with it.

*Updated Pics*
i took some more pics of the exhaust because people were wondering if the exhaust was to close to the bumper, which would eventually melt the bumper.
but as you can see the only real kind of burning is very minimal and you cant even see it unless your actually looking for it. oh, and excuse the dirty/dustiness of the car

about 1/2 - 3/4 inches. Doesn't met the bumper though. No worries.

hey stevenshizzle, when you first put on your exhaust and while breaking it in, did you notice a smell coming from the exhaust?

Oh god yes... if theres no smell from your new exhaust then theres something wrong hehe... they smell pretty bad at first... ive had 3 cars with Aftermarket exhaust and all took a few hours to clear out.

Looking Very Nice!
I installed mine with the clamp as well and so far I don't have any issues with it either. No exhaust leaks of any kind.
Yup, the smell is normal. Mine smelled for a couple of days until it was broken in. My resonator had a nice size dent in it when it arrived but since nobody is going to see it where it is hanging I really didn't care.
Now I read that somebody did have an issue with the exhaust tip being too close to the bumper and it did melt his paint right off. In order to prevent this from happening to my car I slightly bent the muffler exhaust hangers to give me just a little more clearance. Other than that it is the best sounding Cat Back out there for the Si in my opinion. I have a RT High Performance Cat on order so I hope that wont mess up the sound of the Vibrant or make it much louder because I am pretty happy with the sound as it is.
