CAI and SRI possibility

Everyone who has a CAI and or a SRI has anyone ever though of this? instead of having the rubber tubes come from the CAI and or the SRI into the engine block having those little filters instead? if you dont quite know what Im talking about I drew a pic here...

another thing to think of... the AJP turbo kit makes them do that (see pic below).. why cant we do it with our CAI and or SRI? if we did do it think it would help?

I am not sure how this "can help" anything to be honest. Still drawing in the engine bay temps

to my understanding it only helps by stopping the recircaltion of vapors into the your intake. and i dont think it helps by much

yea just running a breather everywhere wouldnt make a diff i wouldnt think... if u had breathers i would just cap it off on the intake instead of another breather

Ive seen quite a few people do that, I've about doing it for the past 5 month. Dont know if it helps but it looks a lot cleaner.

the only advantage to hookin the hoses up to the cold aid is that your drawin in the colder air from the intave where with the mini breathers your drawing in the heat from the engine bay, but I am thinkin about switchin to cold air here pretty soon and I will prolly get some of those breathers to eliminate the hoses... my $.02
