On the fujita intake can you remove the swirly-air thing?
I just ordered one the other day and I didnt realize it had the air swirler thing and I have avidly been against them since they came out in the early 90s. Is there any way to remove it or just not install it?
also, does anyone have a pic? Can any of the pieces fly off? Thanks Matt ETA: looking at the pics on fujitas site- is the swirly thing built into the filter? like in the top of it? Last edited by dsg2003gt; 03-27-2007 at 02:26 PM. |

It looks like you are talking about the design of the Fujita air filter. If that thing in front of the filter is a hole than I'm not sure, but if it is simply like a funnel that makes the inside of the filter more areodynamic then I would say its a knock off of the Apex-i filters.
Check out the description for the Apexi filter: http://www.apexi-usa.com/product_suc...=166&pageNum=1 |
