I've been waiting for 6 WEEKS and am starting to get a little impatient because it said 4 to 6 weeks for the special order. I know they have produced some of the idler pulleys because there is a DIY on it on here already! So where is my kit?!?
Sorry for the rant, just starting to get a little frustrated even though I know it's going to be worth the wait once I put them in. |

Man, I really want to get these, but my friend was telling me how it will screw up the timing of the belts and my lights will dim or other stuff. I'm kind of worried about that now.
I know that this was addressed previously, but when this comes out, I will need to see the proof that this thing is not going to mess my car up. |

The dimming of the lights is why they make an alternator pulley, so they dont dim. So unless they are installed wrong, your good to go. |

This is why NST pulleys rock! There are pulley kits out there that underdrive (slow down) your electrical system to a point where your lights can dim or your battery can suffer. This will NOT happen with the NST kit because they provide an overdrive (speed up) alternator pulley with their kit. You have nothing to worry about. |

My understanding is that if you buy the Alternator and Crank Pulley's you will automatically get the New Idler Pulley for FREE and then there is no need for a new belt. The problem is that the waiting. There is about a 6-10 week waiting period from the time you place the order until you will receive the pulley's

I talked to Mike on AIM: NSTonAIM and asked him about the wait period and told him a lot of you guys seem to be getting impatient. He said that they have been working on kits. This is what he said he sent to a few customers by email.
