dual exhaust
i wanted to get dual exhaust on my 07 civic ex 4 door.
what do you guys think?? good idea or no.. i dont want it to be LOUD i juss want a low tone.. something like how the Infinity G35s sound... are ther any kits available... would i lose any power?? what are your guys opinions thnx.. |

You wouldn't necessarily lose power, but you definitely wouldn't make much. Also, your car will sound very low and bassy, and it will probably backfire a lot. I think its a stupid idea... I have dual exhaust on my s2k, but only because my bumper has two exhaust cut-outs. Were it not for that I would have gone single long ago. Would you just cut out the bumper on the other side to make way for the other muffler?

If you're just doing it for looks, why not just weld another piece to the existing stock exhaust and then run it to the other side? BTW, I think you'd lose power due to lack of backpressure if you went full dual.
