Which bolt ons

Hey guys, I've been lurking and posting very little since I bought an Si on May and became a member. So far I have enjoyed my car a lot stock, but since I got rid of my turbo 240SX I've been wanting to do something to the FG2. Now I know for sure I dont want turbo thrust on the civic, I would rather do away with NA bolt ons. I've got my mind set on the Injen Cold Air Intake as it seems to deal away with the 1st gear hesitation whilst making the broadest power band, and peak for that matter. Now here's my first dilema; I'm torn between the DC race header and the Comptech shorty header coupled with the RD downpipe and high flow cat. I'm aware of the flex pipe cracking on the DC but I could have a muffler shop reinforce it or replace the flex section with another one. So basically it really comes down to whichever is making the most power out there. My other issue is whether to go with a 60mm exhaust(the Greddy EVO2 seems like the best), a 70mm exhaust (Skunk 2) or a 75mm (AJP)? Remember this is for an NA build , that will most likely be combined with either a Reflash or a K-pro (if it ever comes out and allows me to run a 55hp shot that is). Thanks for taking the time to read my post and in advance for you wisdom

Well you are going to get better gains obviously with a race header, but if you wanna keep it legal go shorty w/ high flow cat.... I have greddy evo2 and love it, any exhaust will give you around the same gains, especially if you are staying NA...Some say NA w/ large mm piping loses low end.....skunk 2 is loud!

Injen CAI, I would go with the DC race header and if it cracks send it back to DC, and the skunk2 exhaust. I would get the reflash unless you plan to go FI or get cams, otherwise the kpro/kpro solution would be pretty much useless. As far as NOS goes, it states on hondata's site that you could run it with the reflash.
